To add spirituality to taste here is il Buddino, the single-dose pudding mold shaped like a Buddha. |

| Il Buddino goes in the fridge, the freezer, the dishwasher but not in the oven. |
| Use it like a normal pudding mold, dessert form, previously wetting it before |
| pouring the warm pudding inside. |
| To fill simply put it upside down in any glass. |
| Let cool, then put in the fridge for at least 4 hours. |

| When ready to serve simply invert onto a plate and gently squeeze the base to unmold. |
| If necessary run a knife carefully around the edge. |
