Each Il Buddino set contains four 125ml moulds, and comes in two different colour ranges: pistachio, orange, chocolate, and raspberry; OR blood orange, burgundy wine, fuchsia water lily, and coffee cream.
Il Buddino goes in the fridge, the freezer, the dishwasher – but not in the oven.

Treat like normal pudding/jelly moulds and rinse with cold water before use.
Fill by simply placing the mould upside-down in a glass, then pour in the dessert mix.
When cooled, refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until set.
To serve, invert on to plates by gently squeezing the mould edge, or run a knife carefully around the rim.
